Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia

Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The schedule is from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, covering a 13-week assignment with a start date of August 25, 2025. The unit is open 24/7 and is operated with staffing that includes call coverage on holidays. Cases handled include Thoracic, Orthopedic, Neurology, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery, with higher acuity cases managed regularly. The unit is overseen by a Charge Nurse and Supervisor. Internal requirements include a minimum of 2 years of specialized PACU experience, with current certifications in ACLS and BLS. NIHSS certification is also required. Knowledge of Cerner electronic health records system is preferred. Hourly Pay Rate: $49.25
