About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Executive Operations to serve as a strategic partner and execution engine for the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating significant operating leverage, streamlining business operations, and leading high-stakes executive communications. This role demands a professional with a hybrid skill set, including a background in management consulting and experience in high-growth enterprise software environments. The VP will be at the forefront of executive decision-making, translating global strategy into operational execution, and leading cross-functional transformation initiatives. They must have a strong command of software performance drivers, business metrics, and sales motions, and be adept at synthesizing complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations. Applicants for the VP, Executive Operations role at the company should have 8-10 years' of professional experience, with a proven track record of rapid career progression and high-impact delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in management consulting, with at least 3 years' at a premier firm, and a minimum of 4 years' in operational leadership within a high-growth, enterprise B2B software organization. Direct experience supporting C-suite executives and a strong command of software performance drivers and business metrics are essential. The role requires exceptional written and oral communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust and drive alignment across the organization. The VP will also lead a team of Customer Advocates and be involved in high-priority special projects, making the ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve operational challenges a key requirement.
