Principal Product Designer

Focused on defining the end-to-end traveller journey, the full-time Principal Product Designer will own the UX strategy, lead the design of world-class UI and UX across web and mobile platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the UX strategy by defining the traveller journey and aligning design decisions with business outcomes Lead the design process from discovery through delivery, ensuring quality in UI, UX, and CX Design AI-augmented experiences and intuitive workflows that enhance user interaction with complex systems Required qualifications Proven ability to shape product direction and influence roadmap decisions with a strategic mindset A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design of complex digital products, including deep design-systems experience Experience designing AI-powered products, focusing on transparency and trust in user interactions Fluency in Figma and modern design tools, with expertise in UX research and accessibility standards Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows and collaborate closely with engineering teams
