Our clients seek assistance transforming their physician practices, value-based programs and health system operations, and positioning them for operational improvement and revenue growth. This position often interfaces with senior leadership (C-suite) for clients, as well as regular contact with internal team members. The successful candidate will have expertise in ambulatory/provider environment such as a medical group, single specialty practice or health system and/or value-based care programs and have excellent project management and communication skill sets. Within the Consulting job family, provides end to end life cycle consulting services to external clients to improve operation and information management for all segments of healthcare. This includes technology solutions, service solutions and data solutions - data warehousing and business intelligence applications, product implementation and consultation, service optimization, product development, selection and management.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:Create supporting collateral and support sales effort with clinical staffContribute to solution ideation, creation, development, and implementationProvide project management support for large initiativesLead and coordinate analytic activities (analyses and report creation)Coordinate data integration activitiesIdentify follow-on opportunities and helping to scope and close follow-on engagementsProvide general healthcare consulting servicesImpact of work is most often at the operational or local business unit or market levelYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting and/or physician enterprise/operations and/or value-based care programs 3+ years of experience in project/ program management with experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projectsDemonstrated subject matter expertise in ambulatory/medical group practice operations, value-based care strategy and operations, access improvement, or health care consumer experienceProven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projectsDemonstrated diagnostic, analytical, quantitative, written, verbal, and presentation skillsDemonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilitiesHigh level of proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint creating client-ready deliverablesAbility to commute to Walnut Creek CA and surrounding Bay Area for onsite meetings up to 5 days a week if necessaryFull COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
