Plumbing SupervisorWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumbing Supervisor to lead and support our growing team. This is a working leadership role — you will not only supervise a team of plumbers but also run residential plumbing service calls, generate revenue, and lead by example in the field. The successful candidate will balance hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction across the board. We're proud to be a team that has fun, takes pride in what we do, and values work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers and plumbing apprentices.Plan, assign, and review plumbing tasks and projects.Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and equipment.Actively run plumbing service calls to assist customers, generate revenue, and model best practices in the field.Ensure projects and service calls are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and codes to ensure compliance.Conduct regular inspections of plumbing work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.Address and resolve plumbing-related issues or emergencies promptly.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.Provide estimates and quotes for plumbing services.Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment.Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.Order materials as needed and ensure timely delivery to job sites.Assist with budgeting and cost control for plumbing projects.Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and team performance.Qualifications:5+ years of proven plumbing supervisor or leadership experienceIn-depth knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems and tradesAbility to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuitsTechnical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and a resourceful, solution-oriented mindsetExcellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in common computer software and general software navigationCustomer-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding serviceExceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and smallHighly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detailHold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrityWhy You'll Want to Work Here:Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page: Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability.
