Construction Coordinator

Blue Lagoon Pool Management is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands swimming pool construction and knows what it takes to keep a project organized, on schedule, and moving in the right direction. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in residential pool construction and is comfortable coordinating multiple projects, communicating with homeowners and crews, managing timelines, and catching issues before they become problems. What You'll Do Coordinate residential pool construction projects from start to finish Communicate with homeowners throughout the construction process and provide project updates Coordinate schedules with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Track project timelines, materials, inspections, and completion milestones Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are moving according to plan Identify potential construction issues and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them Help coordinate excavation, plumbing, electrical, steel, decking, tile, interior finishes, equipment installation, and startup Review project plans and scopes of work to ensure work is being completed correctly Maintain accurate project notes, photos, schedules, and documentation Coordinate material orders and deliveries Communicate changes, delays, or issues to management and homeowners Help keep subcontractors and crews accountable to project schedules and quality expectations Assist with final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project completion Provide a high level of customer service throughout the construction process Work closely with the sales, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What We're Looking For 3-5 years of residential swimming pool construction experience Strong understanding of the pool construction process from excavation through completion Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, or multiple construction projects Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to read and understand pool plans and construction scopes Strong attention to detail Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficient with email, scheduling, and basic computer programs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional, dependable, and able to represent Blue Lagoon positively with homeowners and trade partners The Right Person Will Know pool construction—not just general construction Be proactive instead of waiting for problems to be reported Communicate clearly and consistently Take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion Be comfortable having conversations with homeowners, contractors, and crews Understand that organization and communication are just as important as construction knowledge Have a strong eye for quality and attention to detail Be able to keep multiple projects moving without losing track of the little things Why Blue Lagoon?
