Youth Support Case Manager — SIL Program & Growth
Kids for the Future
Kids for the Future seeks a SIL Case Manager in Michigan to provide professional-level service coordination for youths on campus as part of our SIL program. You will support clients emotionally and help plan finances and life goals within a structured program. The role requires a 4-year degree in social work or related field, 1–3 years in human services with SED at-risk youth, and a valid MI driver’s license.
