Location: Winchester, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: The Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, focusing on respiratory therapy and related interventions in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of effective respiratory treatments and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients in various settings including ICU and ER.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapies and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation through the Electronic Health Record system.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory health and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must possess a valid RRT or CRT certification in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in ICU or ER settings.
• Required certifications: ABG Endorsement, BLS, NRP, PALS.
