For experienced technicians ready to lead service calls on their own, the Accelerated Technician Program offers a fast-track to a field-ready role. If you have the skills, we'll give you the tools, support, and opportunities to grow. The successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to install, troubleshoot, service & repair commercial kitchen equipment. Has a familiarity with electrical, gas, and steam systems. Provides excellent customer service. At EMR you have a local dispatch, parts and management team to help support you. Position Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• Licenses are a plus
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of three years
• Clear criminal background
• Pre-Employment drug screening
• Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test)
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
