Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsProviding video inspections of findings for customers every visitQualifications:Multiple years of Service Technician experience requiredMust possess basic mechanic tools necessary to complete maintenance workMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam playerMust have a valid driver’s licenseAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentEnsures that customer’s cars are kept cleanThe ability to multi task, specifically stopping and proceeding with multiple jobsAbout the Dealership:The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
