Supervisor Inventory Management- Materials Mgmt/Storeroom - Nights Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER Biweekly Hours: 80.00 Shift: M-F 11pm-7:30am Summary Oversees the distribution and Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) management of Main Campus and off‑site locations. Supervises staff during assigned shift in a 24 hour per day/ 7 day per week operation. Assists operational departments with supply issues and/or problems. Coordinates with all locations to optimize service and control inventory expense. Promotes and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or a related field and one year of inventory management experience, or in lieu of a degree, three years of inventory management experience. Experience with Enterprise Planning Resource (ERP). Knowledge of inventory management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service, analytical and interpersonal skills. Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills. Ability to positively interact with various constituencies, both within and outside the organization. Reliable transportation to travel to designated MetroHealth locations. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred Supervisory experience in healthcare setting. Bargaining unit management experience. Supply Chain Healthcare experience. Lean Six Sigma certification. Physical Demands Move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. Ability to push / pull 50 lbs. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate face‑to‑face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents.
