Are you looking for a rewarding career in the construction industry? Rock Service Pros is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Livonia, MI. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of service projects, from residential to commercial, and showcase your skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems
• Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, boilers, and refrigeration equipment
• Conduct brazing, wiring, and piping work
• Adhere to building codes and safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Experience with mechanical maintenance and pipefitting
• Knowledge of EPA Universal regulations
• Ability to work with gauges, sheet metal, and hand tools
• Strong understanding of building codes and piping systems
• Proficiency in electrical systems, pneumatics, and equipment repair

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with general maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
