Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Unit (Part‑time Night Shift) Location: PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Vancouver, Washington At PeaceHealth, our vision is that every person receives safe, compassionate care. This position offers a part‑time night shift RN role covering meal and breaks for some shifts with a salary range of $56.92–$86.09 hourly, depending on terms. What you bring Current Washington or Multistate RN license required by date of hire. American Heart Association/American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire. Minimum of 1 year RN experience. What we offer Night shift differential $7.75/hour. Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and other advanced certifications. Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Tuition assistance. Professional Nurse Advancement Program (PNAP) with pay incentives. Essential functions Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards. Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence. Maintain own professional effectiveness through ongoing education and professional development. Participate in developing and maintaining hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, including quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention programs. Perform other duties as assigned.
