Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast‑paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a secure environment, and help to deter security‑related incidents through a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, yard, parking areas, trailer locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, verify credentials when required, and document security‑related incidents, observations, and daily activities according to site expectations. Support order and continuity of operations by following post instructions, reporting maintenance or operational concerns that could affect the location, and assisting with directional guidance during peak shipping and receiving periods. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
