Vishay Specialty Thin Film – Hollis, NH is currently seeking applicants for a HR Manager. This position will support 2 locations within the Specialty Thin Film Division focused on the hands-on day-to-day tactical activities and able to foster and manage relationships within the Ultrasource location in Hollis and Centerline in Hudson, MA. In this role you will provide full cycle Human Resources support, working together with site leaders in areas like talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for executing our employee engagement initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Pay is $80k-$95 k.
