Labor Planning & Headcount Forecast Analyst

Flex in Austin, TX is seeking a Labor Cost Analyst to provide management with real-time estimates of total labor cost, labor cost by work area, and labor cost by customer account. You will maintain headcount statistics and oversee the contract labor requisition process to ensure alignment with forecasts. You will collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and contract agencies, prepare weekly P&L materials, and deliver timely labor and headcount reports for management reviews. #J-18808-Ljbffr FLEX Inc
