Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Business Office Manager to join our team in Moravia, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with billing, collections, or long-term care business office experience to join our small, resident-focused skilled nursing facility.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage resident billing and collections

• Assist with Medicaid applications and financial documentation

• Meet with residents and families regarding accounts and financial responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals

• Monitor aging reports and private pay accounts

• Maintain accurate business office records

• Support daily business office operations

Qualifications:

• Business office, billing, or collections experience required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care preferred

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business office software is a plus
