Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Business Office Manager to join our team in Moravia, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional with billing, collections, or long-term care business office experience to join our small, resident-focused skilled nursing facility.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Manage resident billing and collections
Assist with Medicaid applications and financial documentation
Meet with residents and families regarding accounts and financial responsibilities
Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals
Monitor aging reports and private pay accounts
Maintain accurate business office records
Support daily business office operations
Qualifications:
Business office, billing, or collections experience required
Long-term care experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care preferred
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business office software is a plus
