Financial Reporting: Ensure the production of clean, consistent financial reports and provide monthly insights to support strategic planning and decision‑making. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify profitability trends, cost‑saving opportunities, operational risks, and areas for improved financial performance. Forecasting and Planning: Support forecasting efforts and improve financial planning processes to give leadership stronger visibility into cash flow, revenue, expenses, and future business needs. KPI and Metrics Development: Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that support data‑driven decision‑making. Team Management: Supervise and support accounting team members or external accounting resources, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards. System Improvements: Optimize accounting processes, improve internal controls, strengthen month‑end close procedures, and identify ways to reduce manual work, errors, and inefficiencies. What we're looking for Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Experience Required: 35 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory experience favored. Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and expert‑level Excel capabilities are essential. Analytical Ability: Strong skillset in financial analysis, cost accounting, and profitability assessments is expected.
