Job Description Provide Microsoft 365 administration and support. Manage user accounts, access control, and identity management. Assist with hardware, software, printer, and mobile device support. Windows desktop and server administration Handle network troubleshooting, VPN connectivity, and wireless networking. Manage backups and disaster recovery processes. Provide an understanding of Cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, endpoint security, and email protection. Support VoIP and telecommunications. Troubleshoot business applications and cloud-based systems. Manage technical documents and assets. Travel between company locations may be required, including occasional overnight travel. Position Requirements Experience with Windows operating systems, user account administration, networking, and cybersecurity practices preferred.
