Bring your expertise as a Physical Therapist to a dynamic school setting, working with preschool and elementary students in a contract role. This full-time position offers 30 hours per week in a supportive, collaborative environment. With an immediate start and a tentative end date of June 15, 2027, there are excellent prospects for contract extension based on district needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license/certification in Massachusetts
• Prior school-based PT experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting preschool and elementary-age children
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies for diverse student needs
• Willingness to complete CORI background check and fingerprinting prior to start
• Credentialed candidates receive hiring priority

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students, focusing on individual education plan (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student growth and access in the school environment
• Maintain clear documentation for all assessments, progress reports, and services provided
• Develop and implement age-appropriate intervention strategies, adapting approaches as needed for each child
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for students while supporting educational and developmental goals
