The ideal candidate has 1+ years of litigation experience. Position Details Role: Litigation Associate Attorney Location: Chicago Salary: Salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus consideration. Associate attorneys are involved in all aspects of our practice, including pre-lawsuit investigation; case analysis; written discovery; depositions; motions and other court appearances; assisting in arbitration, mediations, and trials; analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters; and legal research and writing on a wide variety of issues. Attorney Qualifications: 1+ years of litigation experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management and creative thinking are expected Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
