Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $17.13/hr - $20.65/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: Make connections with guests and co-workers Share our passion for the mountains during service Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly Create hot and cold beverages to specifications Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the workday Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely Desire to learn and grow Must be able to communicate fluently in English Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs The expected pay range is$17.13/hr - $20.65/hr.
