If you enjoy working with your hands, care about quality, and want to be part of something that's built to endure, this role is for you.What You'll Do:Prepare molds and apply fiberglass, and resin using hand layup or vacuum infusion techniquesAccurately measure, cut, and place fiberglass cloth and core materialsUse rollers, brushes, and tools to ensure even resin distribution and air removalMonitor curing times and perform post-cure trimming or grindingFollow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped work areaCommunicate material needs or issues with your team or supervisorQualificationsWhat It Takes: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn composite techniques Comfort working in a physically demanding environment (heat, fumes, PPE required) Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent work Experience with composites, lamination, or bodywork is a plus, but not required Team-player attitude with a commitment to safety and qualityWhy This Job is Special: The composite process is where every boat begins, and your hands will form the core of each vessel.
