Join Our Team as a Social Services Assistant – $18-20/Hour
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated Social Services Assistant to support our residents and their families with compassion and care.
???? Pay: Starting at $18-20/hour
???? Location: Viewcrest Health Center
???? Schedule: Full time, hourly position
✅ Assist residents with social, emotional, and care-related needs
✅ Support the Social Services team in developing care plans
✅ Advocate for residents’ rights and well-being
✅ Coordinate resources and referrals for residents and families
✅ Foster a warm, welcoming community
✔ Experience in social work, healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A caring and empathetic nature
