Bookkeeper

Job Description Accountants One is working with a long-term client that is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records. This role will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping duties. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Assist with month-end close activities Prepare financial reports as needed Ensure invoices, payments, and expenses are recorded accurately Support the management team with accounting-related tasks Qualifications Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred 5+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 18551 Company Description Accountants One is an Accounting and Finance Recruiting and Staffing Firm.
