Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential services to K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This rewarding in-person contract role supports students’ communication development and educational success across a diverse caseload. Multiple positions are available, offering opportunities for both standard full-time (37.5 hours/week) and a .7 full-time equivalent schedule.

You’ll collaborate closely with educational teams, utilize your expertise to design and implement tailored interventions, and directly impact students’ lives in a school-based setting. The caseload typically ranges from 48-60 students, ensuring meaningful interaction and growth.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington SLP License
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Fingerprinted through OSPI
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous K-12 or school-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational objectives
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs and progress reports
• Counsel and educate students, families, and school staff regarding communication development and strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative program development
