This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior healthcare data professionals who know how to turn complex clinical datasets into clear, actionable intelligence. You'll lead a BI team, shape analytical infrastructure, and help ensure AI systems reflect the rigor and nuance that healthcare demands. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making. Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — for accuracy, reliability, and performance. Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions. Translate complex healthcare data into trusted, accessible insights that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency. Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI models interpret and reason about clinical data. Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule. Who You Are Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management. Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models at scale. Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments. Strong communicator who can translate technical findings for both clinical and executive audiences. Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach to data quality and governance. Self‑directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision. Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows. Background in EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA or HL7/FHIR.
