Workday Solutions Architect

Salary: $121,300 - 163,350 per year Requirements:

• At least 10 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday.
• Deep or broad specialized expertise, with the ability to interpret business issues and recommend solutions or best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems, apply functional knowledge and established methods, and work independently except in the most complex situations.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects and serving as a resource for best practices and quality.

• Advise on global HR technology issues and recommend system capability changes that improve operations.
• Carry out our global HR technology strategy, identifying ways to promote consistency across regions.
• Manage the technical scope of HR technology initiatives to improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Work with global HR colleagues to deliver solutions that address operational, legal, and regulatory needs.
• Identify significant HR technology issues, assess their current and future impact, and develop and implement solutions.
• Coach and support HR technology configuration analysts.
• Analyze trends in key HR metrics and recommend system or process changes to HR leadership.
• Lead technical delivery of complex projects by assessing stakeholder needs, identifying gaps in existing systems, and defining solutions.
• Coordinate with HR leadership to understand and support the HR technology teams technical priorities.
• Review business architecture and collaborate with HR technology, COE, and partner teams to deliver Workday break-fix cases, enhancements, and projects.
• Ensure project implementations follow secure Workday architecture and security design practices.
• Maintain accurate records of deliverables and milestones.
• Guide configuration analysts scope and delivery to meet timelines and approved project requirements.
• Review vendor proposals and oversee partner technical services to ensure they meet our standards and agreed scope.

This is a hybrid role: employees work on-site Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday. The annual hiring range is $121,300–$163,350; the final offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
