Patient Care Technician 

PRN Day Shift 

NO Call or Weekends

The PCT is responsible for routine patient activities and support of Surgical Team. 

1 year of clinical experience is required, Endoscopy experience required, CNA certification also required. 

• Prepares endoscopy rooms for procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, and renal biopsies
• Performs scope setup, leak testing, and basic functional checks under guidance
• Ensures required supplies and equipment are available prior to case start
• Assists with scope and accessory handling under RN/MD direction
• Supports patient positioning specific to endoscopic procedures
• Follows established workflows and responds to real-time direction during cases
• Recognizes when assistance is needed and escalates appropriately
• Maintains aseptic technique and patient safety standards
