キャディ株式会社は、製造業データAIプラットフォーム”CADDi”のUS営業リーダー（FS Lead）を募集しています。シカゴを拠点に、US全土で日系企業を中心とした新規顧客開拓と既存顧客コミュニケーションを担当し、将来的には営業戦略立案や組織マネジメントも担います。製造業のサプライチェーン変革に挑み、グローバル市場で活躍したい方を求めています。
【職務内容】
製造業データAIプラットフォーム”CADDi”のField Salesとして、シカゴを中心にUS全土で新規顧客開拓および既存顧客コミュニケーションを担当します。特に日本オフィスからのご紹介先はじめ日系企業関連の会社を担当します。
全米での日系関連会社を中心とした新規顧客開拓、既存顧客含む法人営業（英語・日本語双方での営業活動を想定）を行います。現地製造業コミュニティへのアプローチ、新規見込み顧客の獲得チャネルの策定を行います。
顧客との接点より、事業開発および商品・サービス開発へのフィードバックを行います。
日本チームとの連携、必要な情報のUSチームへの展開、ベストプラクティスの共有を行います。
将来的にはローカル企業の開拓をリードし、営業戦略の立案、KPI設計、予実管理、新メンバーの採用や育成を含む営業組織のマネジメントを担います。【仕事のやりがい・魅力】

マッキンゼー日本オフィス元最年少マネージャーのCEOと、US育ちスタンフォード卒の元アップルシニアエンジニアのCTOが「モノづくり産業のポテンシャルを解放する」ミッションを掲げ、製造業界の課題解決のために当社を設立しました。2017年11月の設立以来、国内外の製造業企業のDX実現やサプライチェーン変革の支援を行っています。

SaaSプロダクトにおけるフィールドセールスのご経験・卓越した成果総合商社、コンサルティング企業でのグローバルプロジェクト、大型アライアンスに関わったご経験
フットワーク軽く顧客先へ足を運び、泥臭く関係構築を推進できる行動力
過去の経験や成功体験に固執せず、柔軟に自身をアップデートできる方
製造業企業へのフィールドセールスのご経験・卓越した成果
英語圏での留学や就労のご経験
英語圏現地校およびインターナショナルスクールへ通われたご経験
USにおけるビジネスのご経験
日本での留学や就学のご経験
日本語能力 - 母国語としての言語能力もしくは日本語能力試験N1相当
英語能力- 母国語としての言語能力もしくはTOEFL iBT90/IELTS6.5相当米国パスポートやグリーンカードの保有、もしくはOPT等の米国にて就労できる資格（※ビザサポート可）
