Required skills and experience: 2-4 year degree in construction management, engineering, architectural design, or equivalent experience. 3-6 years of estimating experience in construction. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Experience with estimation software.
Job description: As an estimator, you will develop cost estimates for various construction projects, including CM/GC, design build, and design-bid-build. You'll analyze blueprints and customer specifications, prepare routine estimates, and collaborate with business development and marketing teams. You'll manage projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and profitability, and assist in developing less experienced estimators. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
