Working closely with the Division Administrator, Financial Affairs Manager, and departmental leadership, this role oversees all phases of pre‑ and post‑award management for intramural and extramural grants. The Fund Manager partners with Principal Investigators and research administration teams to ensure accurate budgeting, financial monitoring, and compliance, helping advance the department’s mission of supporting impactful research. Responsibilities Manage pre- and post-award processes for research grants, both intramural and extramural. Collaborate with Principal Investigators, financial affairs staff, and departmental leadership to prepare budgets and ensure compliance with grant policies. Monitor financial performance of funded projects, providing regular reporting and analysis. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve budgetary and accounting issues. Support financial administration tasks in line with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience in research grant management or financial administration, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
