This role is part of our Space and Launch business, which has contributed to the nation's space programs for decades by delivering complete solutions from concept to flight. We enable successful space operations with mission-critical technology supporting every step from first launch to final landing, including launch vehicle subsystems, propulsion systems, aerodynamic and interstage systems, and payload protection and deployment. Our high-performance solutions are engineered to operate in the most extreme environments and meet precise mission requirements.

In this role, you support enterprise software, reporting tools, and system integrations that enable teams across the organization to operate efficiently. You work closely with the Business Systems Lead to administer databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, develop custom applications, and maintain reliable data flows. Your work strengthens operational performance by providing clear reporting, supporting process improvement, and ensuring that business systems meet evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations, including database and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) administration.
• Improves enterprise software solutions to enhance system performance and organizational efficiency.
• Creates report data sources using Structured Query Language (SQL) queries.
• Maintains integrations for company data between servers to ensure accurate and reliable information flow.
• Develops custom C# and ASP.NET applications.
• Creates SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and interactive dashboards.
• Reviews the effectiveness of computer systems and networks, recommending updates or improvements.
• Maintains AS 9100 procedures and supports continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborates closely with Information Technology (IT) representatives.
• Identifies and resolves errors in code to maintain system stability.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and fix errors in code.
• Experience maintaining AS 9100 procedures and supporting continuous improvement.
• Ability to review and improve computer systems and networks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT representatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing C# applications from scratch.
• Experience writing create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) stored procedures in Microsoft SQL.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), C#, Powershell, Visual Studio, Microsoft Excel, Epicor customization (Kinetic or 10.2), ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and Power BI.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
• Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less, including use of computers. The essential functions of this position must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
