Scientist I - ADME Tox
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Scientist I to support contract research services in ADME-Tox, focusing on analytical chemistry method development and LC-MS analysis. The role involves laboratory work, mentorship of junior staff, and collaboration across internal and external project teams in a Saint Charles, Missouri location.
Responsibilities
- Develop LC-MS methods for ADME, DMPK, and bioanalytical applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior scientists in daily lab operations
- Troubleshoot and maintain mass spectrometers and HPLC instrumentation
- Perform QC review of analytical data and reports; support method validation
- Identify process improvements and solutions to complex analytical challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years direct LC-MS experience in CRO or industry laboratory
- Demonstrated bioanalytical method development and validation per regulatory guidelines
- B.S. degree with 3 years relevant experience, or M.S. with 2 years, or Ph.D. with 1 year
- Proficiency in high-throughput analytical method development for small molecules
- Experience with mass spectrometry instrumentation troubleshooting and maintenance
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance (FDA, ICH, OECD)
