Key responsibilities Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for various services and medications Schedule patients and obtain prior authorizations while managing phone calls and online communications Consider hybrid or remote work arrangements for highly qualified applicants Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
