This role is a hands-on retail media search practitioner responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across non-Amazon retail media networks to deliver measurable performance results for the client. Job Summary
Execute retail search campaigns across Walmart, Target, Kroger, and other non-Amazon retail media networks
Build and manage campaigns, including keywords, bids, budgets, SKU targeting, and pacing
Monitor spend and performance daily against client KPIs, adjusting strategy proactively to maintain delivery
Analyze search-term, keyword, product, and retailer-level data to surface optimization opportunities
Troubleshoot campaign setup, delivery, tracking, and performance issues as they arise
Manage a high volume of campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed Minimum Requirements:
4-6 years of hands-on retail media search experience, with meaningful experience outside of Amazon
Hands-on experience with Walmart, Target, Kroger, and additional retail media networks
Proficiency in Skai for campaign management and optimization
Deep knowledge of keyword management, bidding strategy, pacing, budget allocation, and campaign structure
Strong analytical and executional skills with comfort operating fully hands-on-keyboard Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Criteo and Pacvue platforms
Availability or location alignment with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
