Warehouse Supervisor

Pro Electric has an opportunity for a qualified Warehouse Supervisor in our Kansas City Office.

Job Summary:
Maintains and organizes the shop and various inventories, including the tool crib, refrigerants, and miscellaneous materials. Receives and issues hand tools, machine tools, generators and materials, and company-owned equipment used on contractor jobs.

Responsibilities:
• Warehouse Operations: Supervises and coordinates daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping of products. Ensures accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse processes to meet productivity goals. Maintains an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimizing space utilization and storage methods. Ensures all materials and products are stored safely, securely, and are loaded into the tool management software.
• Inventory Management: Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels, ensuring all stock movements are correctly recorded in the warehouse management system. Conducts regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigates and resolves any discrepancies in inventory records.
• Receiving and Shipping Operations: Oversees the receipt of incoming parts, inspecting quality and accuracy. Coordinates the preparation and dispatch of outgoing parts, ensuring they meet client specifications.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Coordinates with the service teams to address any order-related issues or special requests.
• Tool Management: Issues tools and equipment to workers. Receives, unpacks, stores, and maintains records of tools and equipment issued and returned. Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment. Repairs equipment in a timely fashion.
• Transportation: Ensures the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of materials from the pickup location to the designated delivery point. Safely loads and unloads materials, ensuring they are secure and undamaged during transit.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience
• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field preferred
