Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate client onboarding activities for trade finance products, including legal agreement execution, due diligence validation, and technology setup coordination.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide support throughout the onboarding and implementation process.

• Manage workflow priorities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service setup before go-live.

• Monitor requests, identify potential issues requiring escalation, and support reporting and operational processes as needed.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of professional operations experience.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across varying levels of management and business partners.

• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Trade and Supply Chain Finance experience is preferred but not required.

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $20.75 per hour
