This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients during childbirth and postpartum. The nurse will manage patient care and support the team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with a patient ratio of 2:1. Candidate must be proficient in using the Epic charting system. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is necessary. This position involves interdisciplinary support from various services such as physical therapy and pharmacy. Candidates will care for adolescents and adult patients. The unit's daily census averages around 6 patients, with a total of 15 available beds. Special procedures and unit details include OBED, operating rooms, and close collaboration with rapid response teams. All responsibilities and qualifications are subject to management approval prior to contract signing.
