Senior Manager, Complex Accounting (hybrid)

Senior Manager, Complex Accounting leads a large accounting team and serves as technical expert for complex accounting matters including leases, revenue recognition, and stock compensation. The role supports US divisions and corporate functions while driving process improvements and standardization across the Finance organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Complex Accounting team with direction and resource prioritization
- Develop and execute accounting strategies ensuring US GAAP compliance and internal controls across divisions
- Serve as subject matter expert on leases, revenue recognition, stock compensation, and other complex topics
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities including financial statement reviews and SEC reporting
- Lead process improvements and centralization initiatives to drive efficiency and standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 10 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and complex transaction accounting
- Cross-functional collaboration experience in global matrix structures
- Active CPA certification (preferred)
- Technical accounting or financial reporting experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated team leadership and talent development ability (preferred)
Compensation: $129,800 - $216,400 USD Annual
