Equipment Operator

Waste Connections is currently hiring an Equipment Operator to join our team at the White Oak Landfill in Monroe, LA. In this role, you’ll be operating heavy machinery such as trackhoes, compactors, off-road dump trucks, and tractors. Other responsibilities include acting as a spotter, maintaining cleanliness around the facility, pulling and compacting trash, and hauling dirt. This job requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pay: $21 to $22 per hour (depending on experience). Why Join Waste Connections?
