About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Industrial Construction Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of multi-market industrial construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the business across a major regional footprint, ensuring the consistent delivery of safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. This role involves leading large, self-perform construction teams, maintaining full operational and financial accountability, and driving regional growth through strategic planning and client engagement. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing and implementing regional operational strategies, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and championing lean construction principles for continuous improvement. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in industrial construction, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or operational role, and a proven track record of success in similar positions. A deep understanding of project delivery methods, financial acumen, and experience in P&L oversight are essential. The role requires an individual with executive presence, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a strong client orientation. Proficiency in lean construction principles, familiarity with union labor environments, and a forward-thinking mindset are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities with high energy and responsiveness.
