About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of National Industrial and Power Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for a national portfolio of industrial and power construction operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the business across multiple regions, ensuring excellence in safety, project delivery, financial performance, and client engagement. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in large-scale self-perform construction operations, a deep understanding of industrial construction environments, and the ability to align regional operations under a unified national strategy. The VP will also be tasked with developing and implementing long-term growth strategies, building strong client relationships, and championing safety, quality, and operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of construction or engineering experience in industrial or power markets, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management. The role requires a leader with strong business development experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a visionary leadership mindset, be adept at influencing stakeholders, and have experience with Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies. Proactive problem-solving abilities, a forward-thinking mindset, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with high energy and strong organizational discipline are essential for this position.
