Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Provo, UT. The Leasing Specialist will engage with current and prospective residents to ensure seamless lease management while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with lease administration, resident retention efforts, and effective communication to resolve inquiries and concerns. The Leasing Specialist will also contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient leasing process in alignment with company goals. Qualifications Experience in Resident Retention and providing excellent Customer Service Proficiency in handling Leases and Lease Administration Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with residents and team members Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
