Akraya is seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our Field Talent Acquisition team in Belton, MO, to support high-volume hiring for our fulfillment center workforce. You will manage the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines.
