Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Columbus, OH)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a field-based Specialty Account Manager for long-term care in Columbus, Ohio to drive commercial activities and product adoption across an assigned territory. The role requires expertise in disease state knowledge, account management, and building relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and utilization within long-term care facilities
- Conduct virtual and live customer engagements with care teams and stakeholders
- Build relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators
- Assess key stakeholders and monitor marketplace trends within assigned territory
- Execute marketing strategies to support successful product launch
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or long-term care market
- Proficiency with virtual and in-person customer engagement
- Disease state expertise and product knowledge capabilities
- Ability to build relationships across diverse healthcare stakeholder groups
- Business acumen and understanding of local healthcare landscape
- Account management and territory management experience
