Job Description I am looking to hire a chiropractor to manage the physical therapy dept. He/ She would be responsible to do evaluations on patients, draw up a treatment plan, write up the progress reports or IE reports, keep track of the procedural units of daily patients' PT course for the day, be on site for assisting the PT Tech in case any patient needs attention regarding their medical conditions or treatment plan adjustments.Assess patients’ physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting comprehensive examinations to determine appropriate treatment strategies.Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, goals, and medical conditions, ensuring alignment with clinical standards.Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise prescriptions to facilitate recovery.Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR), adhering to clinical documentation standards and confidentiality protocols.Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and discharge planning.
