Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Deliver critical interventions and support to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license to practice in the state.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Certification in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including holidays.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
