Tool Mechanic - Philadelphia PA

Tool Repair Technician
Maintain and repair all hydraulic, pneumatic, gas-powered, battery-operated, and manual tools of the PECO field crews as required to support their work tasks. Perform repair service in the field and/or service buildings as required. This position requires good organizational and communication skills. Evaluate new tools for purchase as well as develop and deliver instructions to field crews.
Note: This is an on-site position. Employees are required to be in office at our Philadelphia - PA location(s) for any scheduled shifts.
Primary Duties
- Receive damage tools and log them into soft to track progress
- Repairs Tools coming back from the field
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 12 months working experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and gasoline engine repair. Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems diagnosis.
- Working knowledge of PC and mainframe computer technology such as Word, Excel, P-card, MCMS, and code block validation.
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test(s), background check(s) and physicals
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience
