Account Associate – Insurance & Financial Services

Katie Chase Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is looking for an Account Associate to join our team. This is a versatile, customer-facing role that combines relationship building, insurance service, sales, and administrative support.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, pays attention to the details, and is comfortable identifying opportunities to better protect our customers. What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers and provide proactive follow-up.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with questions regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, billing, and claims.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers understand their insurance options and identify gaps in coverage.
• Recognize opportunities to introduce additional insurance and financial products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers and prospective customers regarding quotes, policy changes, and coverage opportunities.
• Support agency sales and retention goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities and special projects that contribute to the success and efficiency of the agency.
• Collaborate with a team that values communication, accountability, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, inside/outside sales, retail sales, account management, or telemarketing is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
 
Licensing

• Property & Casualty insurance license required or ability to obtain.
• Life & Health insurance license required or ability to obtain.
